So, I had time this weekend and got distracted by Sunday afternoon, so never got beyond posting up Mousie’s travel blog. But, in case you missed the reference, we went to Edge Lit 2 at the Derby QUAD. There are better bloggers than I on the Internets and some of them also went and wrote posts. I suggest starting ere: [Fox Spirit Books – On The Edge External Link]. Mainly because Mousie and I hid behind the rest of the skulk. As per usual, I forgot to take a decent photo, like Mousie with the Fox Spirit Charlie Fox.

I also got in some fencing with Fran Terminiello – a fellow Fox Spirit writer and Esfinges / historical fencer – on Sunday morning. Fran has a blog [External Link] but she’s much more active on Facebook and Twitter if you want to stalk find out about her.

Yes, this means the Hellhounds were in kennels for the weekend. I always tell them they’re on holiday, but you may notice that I tell humans I’ve put the dogs in prison. I particularly like referring to the jailbreak when it’s time to pick them up.

A Pack Of Lies has made it to 32,000 words – another 3,000 since the last weekly update. This is a good sign. Along with the fact that I have an idea where it’s going for the next 10,000 words or so (yay me).

Also: Dad, if you should stumble upon my website (makes a change, you reading my stuff) have a Happy Birthday / -week
